Our goal is to make learners employable and then get them employed. For this reason, we work on learnership training that gives the learner the best opportunity to become employed after completion.
This includes work experience and training in the only growing industry in South Africa: BPO services and contact centres. Learners work in live campaigns, building skills and confidence that will lead to long-term success.
